Abstract

We describe the light-directed in sitv synthesis of rU-DNA chimeric oligonucleotides on microarrays. An RNase A assay was performed as "proof-of-principle" to demonstrate the value of such microarrays for studying enzyme kinetics and specificity on RNA based libraries.
