Equipments Details
Description
The 600 MHz spectrometer (Bruker) is equipped with a room temperature (BBO) and a helium-cooled cryo sample head (TCI) and is used for various applications, including the following:
-Structural elucidation of isolated organic molecules (natural products) e.g., from foods
-Verification of organic syntheses and their intermediates
-Exact quantification of isolated/synthesized organic compounds (e.g., flavours, aromas, syntheses, etc.) based on PULCON
-Measurement of interactions between high molecular weight fractions (> 5 kDa) and small molecules (e.g., odorants, flavorings, etc.)
-Measurements with increased sensitivity and/or better resolution
-Untargeted screening of food samples and human samples
